AGREED: To note the report and:
i)             
Approve the
commencement of procurement of a contract for the processing of dry
mixed recycling in September 2024.
ii)            
Delegate authority to
the Executive Director in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Household and Regulatory Services, to award the contract(s) for
Reprocessing of Dry Mixed Recycling to the preferred bidder(s)
following a competitive tender process.
