AGREED: To note the report and:
i)             
Delegate authority to the Assistant Director of Planning, in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Governance and
Asset Management and the Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport,
Customer Service Centre and Employment, to approve and publish the
draft Ascot Placemaking Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for
public consultation, based broadly on the indicative emerging
material set out in Appendix B.
ii)            
Agree that following public consultation, and after representations
received have been carefully considered, the final version of the
SPD will be taken back to Cabinet for a decision on whether it
should be adopted.
