AGREED: To note the report and:
i)             
Approve the adoption
of the Sustainability Supplementary Planning Document, as set out
in Appendix B. The SPD would come into effect on 1st September (see
paragraphs 4.3 to 4.5 below);
ii)            
Delegate authority to
the Assistant Director of Planning in consultation with the Cabinet
Member for Planning, Governance and Asset Management for minor
changes to the Sustainability Supplementary Planning Document to be
made prior to publication; and
iii)          
Revoke the Sustainable
Design and Construction Supplementary Planning Document
2009.
