That Cabinet noted
the report and delegated authority to the Executive Director of
Place Services in consultation with the Cabinet Member for
Planning, Governance and Asset Management, to:
i)                
Conclude the surrender of the existing lease over part of the
1st floor and associated car parking at York House from Nagwa
Limited
ii)              
Conclude the re-letting of the office space on the 1st floor and
associated car parking at York House to SAFO UK Limited
