To enter into a supplemental agreement to vary
the Landswap Agreement dated 12 February 2020 made between (1) The
Council; and (2) Denhead S.A.R.L. varying the Provisional Option
Expiry date from 30 September 2024 to 31st December 2024 with the
option to extend to 31st March 2025. This is delegated to the
Executive Director of Place in consultation with the Cabinet Member
for Planning, Governance and Asset Management in accordance with
paragraph 3 of the Property Procedure Rules set out in Part 8D of
the Council’s constitution.

Reasons for the decision

To enable ongoing discussions and negotiations
to continue between the Council and the developer of the Nicholsons
Quarter Regeneration Scheme.

Alternative options considered

Do nothing - the agreement between the Council
and the developer would lapse.
