Purpose

The report will be seeking Cabinet consent to sell Site 3 Lyndhurst Rd. to Ascot Business Park. The site is owned by RBWM and is surplus to our requirements. Revenue income will be obtained until the date of the sale completion with a capital receipt for the site at completion.

AGREED: That Cabinet noted the report and: i)                 Approved the sale of Sites at Lyndhurst Rd Ascot. ii)               Delegated authority to the Executive Director of Place Services in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Governance and Asset Management, to conclude the sale.
