Purpose

Cabinet to consider the removal of Reform Road
and West Street from the Framework Agreement, Variation to the St
Cloud Way Lease and Termination of the York Road Development
Agreement.

Content

AGREED: That Cabinet
noted the report and:
i)                
Approved the variations to the Maidenhead Development
Partnership Framework Agreement, and Termination of the York Road
Development Agreement with Countryside.
ii)              
Delegated authority to the Executive Director of Place Services
in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Governance
and Asset Management to complete and enter into the Deeds of
Variation to the Maidenhead Development Partnership Framework
Agreement, and Termination of the York Road Development Agreement
with Countryside.
