To obtain approval to initiate a procurement
exercise for Reactive and Remedial Contract Services with a
proposed contract term of 3+1+1 years and to outline the associated
next steps.

Content

That Cabinet noted
the report and:

Delegated authority to the Executive Director of Place, in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Governance, and
Asset Management, to award the contracts following the tender
evaluation process. Centralising Repairs & Maintenance budgets
will enable Property Services to manage expenditure holistically,
ensuring better alignment with strategic priorities and enabling
more effective financial control.
