Purpose

Following consultation on the draft Affordable
Housing Delivery Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) earlier this
year, this report provides feedback on the responses to the
consultation, outlines changes to be made to the SPD and recommends
adoption of the SPD.

AGREED: That Cabinet
noted the report and:

      
i.         
Adopted the Affordable Housing Delivery Supplementary Planning
Document, as set out at Appendix B

    
ii.         
Delegated authority to the Assistant Director of Planning in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Governance and
Asset Management for minor changes to be made to the Affordable
Housing Delivery Supplementary Planning Document prior to
publication.
