maintenance and management of our housing stock.

That (i)   the Fire
Safety Policy be approved;

        (ii) the
Mobility Scooter, E-Scooter and E-Bike Policy be
approved;

        (iii) the Void
Management Policy be approved;

        (iv) the Good
Neighbour Management Policy be approved; and

        (v) the
Strategic Director – People and Communities, in consultation
with the Portfolio Holder for Housing, be authorised to make minor
amendments to the Policies as required.
