That (i)   that the
Constitution be amended to incorporate the updated Companies
Governance Framework, and;

       
(ii)  alongside the proposed changes,
reference be made to the specific powers delegated to the
Shareholder Executive Committee regarding Council Owned Entities,
and where these can be found in the Constitution, be added to the
table on page 7 of the report.”
