To approve the updated Contaminated Land
Policy and to approve the delegation of further reviews to be
undertaken by the Strategic Director of Place in conjunction with
the Portfolio Holder.

That (i) the
proposed extension of validity to the Contaminated Land Strategy
(to extend validity to 2030) be accepted; and
(ii) the Strategic Director –
Finance and Resources is authorised to make minor changes to the
Contaminated Land Strategy, in consultation with the Portfolio
Holder, following any future reviews.
