Executive Board Sub-Committee (Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013)

This sub-committee considers applications for scrap metal dealer licences, or changes to existing licences, when the applicant or licence holder wishes to speak in person. It makes decisions on these applications based on representations made in response to notices issued under the Scrap Metal Dealers Act 2013. The committee's role is to determine licence applications and variations, and to consider revocations where oral representations are requested.
