Purpose

To recommend that the Executive Board consider any initiatives on how they can positively influence a top-down solution to the current people challenges highlighted in the report and employee survey.

Decision

RESOLVED – That the actions outlined by the Chief Executive and his assurance to address the concerns of the Customers Performance Resources and Governance Scrutiny Committee be noted.
