Purpose

To seek approval from Executive Board of the revised Probation Policy

Decision

RESOLVED –

(i)       That the revised Probation policy set out in report CE/15/26 be approved for implementation from 1 October 2026.

(ii)      That written notification be provided to any current employees who are in their probationary period, due to cease after 1 January 2027, to inform them that the new policy and forms will apply.
