Purpose

To consider the Council Plan Annual Performance Report 2025/26 and Year 4 Target Setting
Ystyried Adroddiad Perfformiad Blynyddol Cynllun y Cyngor 2025/26 a Gosod Targedau Blwyddyn 4

Decision

RESOLVED –

(i)       That the ‘Council Plan Annual Performance Report 2025/26’ as outlined in Appendix A of report CE/14/26 be approved for publication.

(ii)      That the Council Plan Performance Management Framework for Year 4 of the Council Plan set out in Appendix B be supported.

Reason for Decisions

To enable the council to comply with its statutory reporting requirements and to provide a public assessment of progress made against the Council Plan.
