Panel Business
The panel was scheduled to address routine administrative matters at the beginning of the meeting. This included the appointment of substitutes, if any were necessary.
Additionally, a motion was scheduled to be put forward to exclude the press and public from certain parts of the meeting. This exclusion would be based on Section 100A of the Local Government Act 1972, citing the likely disclosure of exempt information. The grounds for exclusion were specified as relating to information that could reveal the identity of individuals.
