The Resource and Estates Committee (Police) of the City of London Council met on Monday 1 June 2026 to discuss financial monitoring, workforce reports, and productivity plans. The meeting also included updates on the City of London Police's estate and strategic workforce planning.

Provisional Revenue and Project Programme Budget Monitoring

The committee was to receive the Q4 2025/26 Human Resources monitoring data for the City of London Police. This report covered workforce strength, recruitment and retention, representation, sickness absence, and occupational health services. It also detailed progress on the Strategic Workforce Plan, aiming to attract, recruit, and retain specialist capabilities. The report included data on assaults against officers and staff, as well as top health and safety risks.
City of London Police Productivity Plans
