Facilities Time / Recognition Agreement

Pay Award 2026/27

A significant portion of the meeting was allocated to discussing the Pay Award for 2026/27. This included items raised jointly by GMB and Unite, as well as a separate item initiated by the City Corporation. The Chief People Officer was scheduled to be heard on this matter, and trade union representatives were expected to present their pay award claim for the upcoming year.

Ambition 25

The Ambition 25 initiative was also on the agenda, with the Chief People Officer scheduled to provide an update. This initiative is a key strategic plan for the City of London Corporation.

Minutes and Other Business

The committee was also scheduled to agree the public minutes and non-public summary of the previous Joint Consultative Committee meeting held on 10 February 2026.
