The Alcohol and Entertainment Licensing Sub-Committee was scheduled to consider an application for a personal licence. The meeting was held virtually via Zoom and was not scheduled for live webcast.
Application for Personal Licence for Shree Superstore
The committee was scheduled to consider an application for a personal licence for Mr Vipul Pratapgiri for the premises known as Shree Superstore, located at 11 Wembley Hill Road, HA9 8AF. This application was made pursuant to the provisions of the Licensing Act 20031. The report pack indicated that the consideration of this application would involve information relating to an individual and the financial or business affairs of a particular person, leading to the potential exclusion of the press and public from this part of the meeting.
The agenda for the meeting also included standard procedural items such as apologies for absence and clarification of alternate members, and declarations of interest.
