Commercial and Procurement - Interim Performance Report

The Sub-Committee was to receive an interim performance report from the Chamberlain, providing an overview of the Corporation's procurement processes and compliance with the Procurement Act 2023. The report covered data from April and May 2026, noting the first submission of a Payment Compliance Notice to central government, which recorded 94% of payments made within 30 days. The report also highlighted that 34% of the City Corporation's spend in FY25-26 went to SMEs, exceeding the 33% target. The Procurement Pipeline for FY2026/27 was also detailed, with 426 projects valued at approximately £2.4 billion.

IFM Contract Award Uplift Notification
