The Full Council of the Isles of Scilly is scheduled to convene on Thursday, 30 July 2026. The agenda includes planning applications, financial performance, and electoral reviews.

Planning Applications

The council is set to consider planning applications for the replacement of the roof covering and rainwater goods at the Processing Hall, Porthmellon Waste Site, St Mary's¹. Additionally, applications for the installation of a micro wind turbine and solar power system for the K6 Telephone Kiosks² in St Agnes and St Martin's, including associated Listed Building Consent requests, will be reviewed.

Financial Performance and Council Operations

A review of the Q1 2026/27 Financial Performance Summary³ will be presented. This will be accompanied by a Council performance summary and corporate risk register for the same period⁴.

Electoral Review and Trustee Appointment

The council will discuss the Electoral Review by the Local Government Boundary Commission for England⁵. Following this, a Trustee appointment to the Isles of Scilly Charitable Trust⁶ will be considered.

Service and Infrastructure Updates

The Children and Young People's Plan Isles of Scilly partnership⁷ will be discussed. The Isles of Scilly Fire & Rescue Service has proposed to Adopt a 5-Year Community Risk Management Plan⁸. A Green Maritime Corridor Feasibility Study⁹ will also be presented. Additionally, the Annual Carbon Report 2026¹⁰ will be reviewed.

The meeting will also include the Schedule of Delegated Planning Applications¹¹ for information and an update on the Project managers Town Hall Project¹².
