A report from Lucy Gavens, Public Health Consultant, and Natalie Liddle, Head of Health Protection, outlines proposed variations to the Council's All-Age Integrated Substance Misuse Treatment & Recovery Service Contract with the Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership and the Housing Related Support Contract for 2026/2027.
