These representations raised concerns regarding the prevention of public nuisance, public safety, prevention of crime and disorder, and the protection of children from harm. Specific issues highlighted included a lack of detail in the noise management plan, concerns about emergency access and traffic management, and insufficient information regarding child safeguarding.
