The programme will be further shaped by Alderman Hailes' expertise and experience, focusing on three strategic workstreams: Fragmented Finance, English Commercial Law Advantage, and Power of Talent. The Fragmented Finance workstream aims to position London as the operating system that bridges fragmented financial infrastructures, while English Commercial Law Advantage seeks to highlight English common law as a trusted international infrastructure for trade and investment. The Power of Talent workstream will focus on building the Mansion House Talent Agenda around openness, access, and human capital, linking civic, business, and social-impact activities to jobs, skills, and education.
