The Licensing and Out of Hours Compliance Team (LOOH) has also submitted a representation supporting the review and recommending revocation. LOOH's representation highlights fundamental failings in the management of the premises, citing the discovery of offensive weapons, drug paraphernalia, counterfeit tobacco, concealed cash, and multiple bank cards belonging to different individuals during a multi-agency operation on 1 June 2026. They also noted poor overall condition of the premises, including trip and fire hazards, and a failure to display the premises licence summary. LOOH states that confidence in the management of the premises has been fundamentally undermined and that additional conditions or the removal of the DPS would not be sufficient.
