The applicant's agent, Mr Surendra Panchal of Personal Licence Courses UK Ltd, has engaged in discussions with the Licensing Authority regarding these conditions. Correspondence indicates that agreements have been reached on several points, including the use of wristbands for patrons and a revised closing time for licensable activities. The Licensing Authority has subsequently withdrawn its representation, indicating that the applicant has accepted the necessary conditions.
