The Taxi & General Licensing Sub-Committee of West Northamptonshire Council was scheduled to consider several applications for private hire vehicle driver's licences. The committee was also scheduled to establish the suitability of a driver to hold such a licence.

• A second application was scheduled to be considered from pages 43 to 62.
• A third application was scheduled to be considered from pages 63 to 74.
• A fourth application was scheduled to be considered from pages 75 to 88.
