The Epping Forest & Commons Committee is scheduled to convene on Monday, 2 November 2026. Discussions are expected to cover landscape recovery programmes, risk management updates, and the potential extension of Public Spaces Protection Orders.
The committee's agenda includes a resolution to pay tribute to Verderer William Kennedy, and the agreement of minutes from the previous meeting. Several reports for information are scheduled, including updates from the Assistant Directors for Burnham Beeches and Epping Forest, finance progress reports, and draft annual reports and financial statements for various commons charities. The committee is expected to consider risk management for Burnham Beeches and Epping Forest, the extension of Public Spaces Protection Orders at Burnham Beeches, and the Queen Elizabeth Hunting Lodge Conservation Management Plan.
