Consultation: The consultation process was explained, highlighting the steps taken to gather input from the public and other interested parties.
Responses from Parish Councils/Meetings: The Director shared the feedback received from parish councils and meetings, noting the key themes and concerns raised.
Following the presentation, the Director responded to questions from panel members. The panel expressed their gratitude for the comprehensive update and resolved to hold planning and evaluation meetings on 26 March and 9 April to consider draft recommendations prior to Stage 2 of the consultation.
