Councillor Helen Dennis, the Cabinet Member for New Homes & Sustainable Development, will be at the meeting to present the formal consultation plan for the Homelessness Strategy. The draft plan includes details of the draft online survey and the communications plan for the consultation. Cheryl Russell (Director of Residents Services), Jerome Duffy (Programme, Policy and Change Manager) and Karen Shaw (Head of Housing Solutions) will also be at the meeting.

Interview with representatives of Tenants and Resident Association (TRA’s) and Tenants Council

Sandra Salmon, from Aylesbury TRA, and Harry Matthews (Chair of Thurlow Lodge TRA) will be at the meeting to speak about their experiences. The Committee will also hear from a representative of the Tenants’ Council.
