Paul Kitson, Corporate Director of Inclusive Economy & Housing, is recommended to agree:
2.1.1 The award of a two-year contract, with an option to extend for a further one year, to Project Thirty Ltd for Lot 1: Large Scale Outdoor Events, with an estimated total cost of £594,534.
2.1.2 The award of a two-year contract, with an option to extend for a further one year, to Centre Stage for Lot 2: Small to Medium Scale Events, with an estimated total cost of £300,000.
