The committee considered evidence provided by the council's licensing team that the driver was currently on Police bail and noted the restrictions placed on [the driver] under the bail conditions .

Revocation of Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licence EV20

The Urgent Driver/Operator/Vehicle Sub Committee considered that the driver whose licence had been revoked in the previous agenda item was the holder of a Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licence for a vehicle designated EV20.

The committee voted to revoke the Hackney Carriage Vehicle Licence EV20 with immediate effect.
