This meeting of the Company Member Cabinet Committee will receive updates on the work of some of the companies in which the council is a shareholder. The committee will also review its work programme for the coming year.
Lancashire County Developments Ltd
The committee will receive an update on the first 6 months of Lancashire County Developments Ltd's work on the 2024/25 Business Plan. The committee previously received the Business Plan at its meeting on 19 September 2023, and a 6 monthly update at its meeting on 19 March 2024. 1
Lancashire Urban Development Fund Company
The committee has received regular updates on the work of the Lancashire Urban Development Fund company in the past, and at this meeting, it will receive a further update on the company's work. This will be the third update in 2024.
Work Programme 2024/25
The committee will be asked to approve its updated work programme for 2024/25. The work programme sets out the matters that are scheduled to be discussed by the committee at its future meetings. The work programme shows that the council is the sole shareholder in Lancashire County Developments Ltd. 2
