The Regulation Committee Appeal Panel (Transport) of Kent Council met on 1 April 2025 to consider four appeals. Due to the confidential nature of the appeals, the press and public were excluded from the meeting during these discussions. The agenda also included items regarding substitutes and any urgent matters raised by the Chairman.

Appeal Cases

The panel was scheduled to review four separate appeals, with each case detailed in the public reports pack:

• Appeal 1: Pages 3-38 of the report pack were dedicated to the first appeal.
• Appeal 2: The second appeal was outlined on pages 39-54.
• Appeal 3: Pages 55-98 contained the information pertaining to the third appeal.
• Appeal 4: The final appeal for consideration was documented on pages 99-122.

Due to the nature of the information contained within these appeals, the report pack indicated that the press and public would be excluded from the meeting during these items, as they were likely to contain exempt information, specifically:

1. Information relating to any individual.
2. Information which is likely to reveal the identity of an individual
