Minerals and Waste Applications

The Planning Manager's decisions regarding minerals and waste applications were also scheduled to be reviewed. These included:

  • Land north of Slyfield Industrial Estate: Approval of gas protection report at land to the north of Slyfield Industrial Estate in Guildford.

  • Land at Hathersham Lane: A Certificate of Lawful Existing Use or Development (CLEUD) was refused for the use of land for aggregate recycling, including the importation and processing of Construction, Demolition and Excavation waste with ancillary scrap metal processing at land at Hathersham Lane in Smallfield.
  • Land at Runfold South Quarry: A non-material amendment was approved to remove the words 'until 31 December 2040' from the description of development at Runfold South Quarry in Farnham.
