The Hertfordshire Police and Crime Panel met on Thursday 19 June 2025 to discuss the Hertfordshire Police and Crime Commissioner's (PCC) annual report and any complaints made against the PCC.

Police and Crime Commissioner's Annual Report

The Hertfordshire Police and Crime Panel were scheduled to review the Hertfordshire Police and Crime Commissioner's annual report. The report is a statutory requirement and is intended to provide an overview of the PCC's work over the past year.

The report includes information on:

• The PCC's performance against their Police and Crime Plan.
• The PCC's budget and spending.
• The performance of Hertfordshire Constabulary¹.
• Progress made on key priorities, such as reducing crime and improving victim support.

The panel were expected to consider whether the report adequately reflects the work of the PCC and whether it provides a clear and transparent account of their activities.

Complaints against the Police and Crime Commissioner

The Hertfordshire Police and Crime Panel were also scheduled to consider any complaints made against the PCC. The panel is responsible for handling complaints about the conduct of the PCC.
