This meeting of the Licensing Sub-Committee (Alcohol and Entertainments) for Rushmoor Borough Council was scheduled to consider an application for a personal licence. Due to the nature of the information to be discussed, the public was scheduled to be excluded from the meeting. The meeting was to be held at the Council Offices, Farnborough.
Exclusion of the Public
The committee was scheduled to consider a resolution to exclude the public from the meeting during discussion of the application for a personal licence. This was because the report pack contained exempt information relating to an individual, as defined by paragraph 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 19721.
That, subject to the public interest test, the public be excluded from this meeting during the discussion of the undermentioned item to avoid the disclosure of exempt information within the paragraph of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act, 1972 indicated against such item
Application for a Personal Licence
The sub-committee was scheduled to review Executive Head of Operational Services' Exempt Report No. OS2512, which contained details of an application for a personal licence.
