The Public Reports Pack stated that the existing licence described the premises as a hotel, permitting the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 00:00, with 24/7 service to residents. The hotel's opening hours were listed as Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 00:30, with 24 hour access for residents.

The applicant requested to:

• Extend licensable activities to the extent of the property.
• Bring the licence in line with a traditional hotel, with the ability to allow occasional music.
