The Newark and Sherwood District Council Planning Committee met on 2 October 2025 to discuss several planning applications, including a major development at the former Thoresby Colliery. The committee was also scheduled to review appeals and consider an exempt item related to land in Kelham. Prior to the meeting, the councillors were scheduled to visit the sites of some of the planning applications.
Thoresby Vale Development
