The decision was based on a report titled, Signed Non Key ED - Proposed amalgamation of Odessa-St. The report included a summary of the consultation feedback in Appendix 1 Consultation feedback Report- Odessa infant and St.James proposed amalgamation, and an Equality Impact Assessment (EqIA) in Appendix 2 EqIA-Proposed amalgamation of Odessa Infant and St.James Junior.
