The salary range for the post was advertised as Grade CO1, between £132,823 and £159,330, with the financial implications covered by existing budgets. The report noted that an Equalities Impact Assessment Screening was completed, and a full assessment was not deemed necessary due to the established recruitment procedures. Interviews for the shortlisted candidates were scheduled to take place on 19 March 2026.
