The council was set to consider the endorsement of the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Marine Nature Recovery Framework (MNRF). This voluntary, evidence-based framework aims to restore and protect marine and coastal wildlife across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, complementing the statutory Local Nature Recovery Strategy. Moorwell Waste Site Roof Replacement

A business case was presented for the urgent replacement of the roof at the Moorwell Waste Site. The existing roof had suffered significant corrosion and storm damage, posing risks to operations, electrical plant, and staff safety. The report recommended replacing the entire roof with a durable, weather-resistant system designed for coastal conditions, with an estimated cost of £460,000 to be transferred from the capital budget.

Schedule of Delegated Planning Applications

A schedule of delegated planning applications, both registered and determined since the last publication, was provided for information. This included details on applications for alterations to listed buildings, new agricultural barns, tree works, and extensions, with decisions ranging from 'Granted' to 'Pending'.

Trustee Appointments to the Richard Addison Charitable Trust

The council was invited to appoint two Nominated Managing Trustees for four-year terms to the Richard Addison Charitable Trust.
