The committee was also expected to approve minutes from previous meetings and address questions from members.

The Capital Buildings Board met to discuss the disposal of the former Magistrates' Court at 1 Queen Victoria Street, updates to the Salisbury Square Development, and proposals relating to Guildhall Yard East. They were also scheduled to review the Major Programmes Office Dashboard Report.

The Projects and Procurement Sub-Committee were scheduled to meet on 18 November 2025 to discuss an integrated facilities management strategy, review the sub-committee's terms of reference, and receive updates on a number of projects. Some of the items for discussion were marked as being for information only, and some were scheduled to be discussed in private.

The Policy and Resources Committee were scheduled to discuss Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and On Street Parking Reserve (OSPR) allocations, and to consider capital bids for 2026/27. They were also scheduled to discuss modifications to the City Plan 2040.
