The Licensing Sub-Committee is scheduled to convene to consider a licensing application and other procedural items. Councillor Rob O`Carroll, Vice-Chair, is expected to chair the meeting. The main item to be discussed is a variation application for KFC, 21-23 Kew Road.

Transport and Air Quality Committee - Monday, 8 December 2025 7.00 pm

The Transport and Air Quality Committee are scheduled to meet to discuss the Richmond Corporate Plan, the committee work programme, and a draft towpath strategy. The committee will also consider changes to the legal status of the Thames Towpath.

Council - Tuesday, 2 December 2025 7.00 pm

Richmond upon Thames Council was scheduled to discuss a range of topics at its meeting, including a proposal to introduce a Public Spaces Protection Order to tackle idling vehicles, a debate on the challenges of adult social care, and several notices of motion concerning issues such as affordable housing and recognition for Police Community Support Officers. Councillors were also due to discuss reports from the council's committees and consider questions from both members and the public.

Planning Committee - Tuesday, 25 November 2025 7.00 pm

The Planning Committee met to discuss an application to vary the conditions of a previously approved planning application for the redevelopment of the Twickenham Riverside site. The committee voted to approve the application, which included minor design alterations and landscaping changes, after hearing from a representative of the applicant and an interested ward councillor.
