Transport and Air Quality Committee

This Committee is responsible for Council services in respect of the Borough`s transport network. It includes responsibility for those service areas that are directly responsible for the network, for example for the repair and maintenance of Borough controlled roads and pavements. As well as those services that deal indirectly with parts of the network, for example those that liaise with Transport for London (TfL) in respect of the network of roads and tube lines they control, and with Network Rail and South Western Railway regarding railway lines and stations.   You can view information on the functions of this committee here.   Public participation   Members of the public who either live or work in the borough can participate in Committee meetings.
