The Projects and Procurement Sub-Committee of the City of London Council met on 21 July 2025 to discuss a range of projects and procurement matters. The Capital Buildings Board of the City of London Corporation met on 16 July 2025 to discuss updates on several major construction projects, including the Market Co-Location Programme, the Salisbury Square Development, and the Barking Reach Power Station site remediation. The board was also scheduled to review the Major Programmes Office dashboard report. The Policy and Resources Committee were scheduled to discuss a range of topics, including the Housing Investment Programme, capital funding, and the Pan London Substance Misuse Programme. They were also scheduled to consider proposed amendments to the terms of reference for the Fraud and Cyber Crime Reporting and Analysis Service Procurement Committee.

Finance Committee - Tuesday, 1st July, 2025 12.45 pm

The Finance Committee of the City of London Corporation met on Tuesday 1 July 2025 to discuss a new project procedure, the 2024/25 outturn report for City Fund and City's Estate, and a resolution from the Community and Children's Services Committee regarding homelessness funding. Members were also scheduled to discuss the revenue outturn for the Finance Committee's operational services, and receive an update on the Chamberlain's Departmental Risk Management.
