In addition, the meeting included discussion of a new three-year Cost of Living programme from 2026/27 onwards.

In addition, the meeting included discussion of plans for an upcoming Health and Wellbeing Board workshop.

The Oxfordshire Health Improvement Partnership Board met on 18 September 2025, and reviewed a draft of the Drugs and Alcohol Health Needs Assessment, and approved its provisional recommendations. The board also reviewed its terms of reference and monitored performance against Oxfordshire's Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2024-2030.

The Oxfordshire Health & Wellbeing Board met to discuss the development of neighbourhood health services in Oxfordshire, in line with the government's 10 year health plan. Councillor Liz Leffman, Leader of the Council, chaired the meeting, with Professor Sir Jonathan Montgomery, Chair of Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, as vice chair. The board was asked to note the early plans and timetable of delivery for Neighbourhood Health services in Oxfordshire.
