They also noted the progress made in meeting key regulatory requirements in housing and the ongoing work to improve compliance, as outlined in the Annual Housing Safety and Compliance Report 2024/2025.

Appointments Panel - Monday, 6th October, 2025 9.30 am

The Greenwich Council Appointments Panel met to interview candidates for the role of Director of Communications and Community Engagement. The meeting was scheduled to be held in closed session, meaning that the press and public were excluded.

Greenwich Council has reviewed its financial strategy, debated the future of adventure playgrounds, and discussed government funding cuts. The council also appointed His Honour Judge Andrew Lees as the Honorary Recorder for the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
