Harrow Cabinet approved the re-tendering of liability, property, and terrorism insurance contracts on 09/07/2026. Authority was delegated to the Strategic Director of Adult Social Care & Public Health to award and enter into contract with the successful provider.

The Cabinet decided to approve the award of a contract to Taranto Systems Limited for a Parking Management Information System. This decision was made on 09/07/2026. The Cabinet delegated authority to the Strategic Director of Culture, Environment and Economy to agree final contract terms and approve any extension options.

The Cabinet approved the Revenue & Capital Budget Outturn Report for 2025-26 on 09/07/2026. The report noted the revenue and capital outturn positions and approved proposed additions and amendments to the Capital Programme. The Cabinet also approved the business plans for Concilium Assets LLP and Sancroft Community Care Limited.

The Cabinet decided to approve the extension and variation of the Fuel Card Services Contract. The contract will be extended for two years from 1 May 2027 to 30 April 2029, and its total value will be increased by 10% (£628,127.7). This decision was made on 09/07/2026.
